Public Speaking Like a Pro | 英語演講達人 (Age 9-12)

This programme supports senior primary students in developing more advanced public speaking and presentation skills. It focuses on helping students build confidence in expressing their ideas clearly while strengthening their ability to deliver structured and engaging speeches.

Through guided sessions, students will learn how to research topics, organise their ideas effectively and apply more advanced delivery techniques. They will receive constructive feedback to refine their performance, while collaborative activities encourage creativity and idea-sharing among peers.

• Build Confidence: Support students in presenting their ideas in English with clarity and confidence.
• Develop Advanced Techniques: Introduce storytelling, persuasive elements and the use of visual aids to enhance presentations.
• Encourage Depth & Original Thinking: Guide students to develop their own perspectives and explore topics more thoughtfully.
• Elevate Communication Skills: Communicate ideas with clarity and confidence while connecting meaningfully with the audience.
• Final Speech Presentation: Students will deliver a short speech to showcase their progress. Parents will receive a video recording of this session. 
• Learn with SCMP’s publications: Teaching materials incorporate SCMP’s publications, connecting classroom learning with real-world topics.
• Chance to Get Published: Selected student presentations may be featured on SCMP Learn’s online platforms.
