SCMP Learn Winter Programme 2025 Terms & Conditions

Please read the following information before completing payment:

1. The availability of the SCMP Learn Winter Programme 2025 is on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Upon successful enrolment, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address provided during enrolment.

3. Parents are required to complete the Parents & Student Info Collection Form linked in the confirmation email as soon as possible. Participants with Winter Programme 2025 early access are required to fill in the same Google Form as the Summer Programme 2025 until further notice.

4. Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions below before processing the order.

Promotional Offers T&Cs 

1. Any discount code must be filled in before processing the payment and no refund will be offered after the transaction has been completed.

2. The discount code/offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other services, or products, and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.

3. The discount code must be applied on or before 12 December 2025, and will not be effective after 12 December 2025.

4. SCMP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

5. In case of any disputes, SCMP reserves the right of final decision.

General T&Cs

1. Course rundown and detailed info will be provided at least 2 weeks prior to the course start date.

2. The certificate will be presented in the last lesson upon course completion. A minimum 80% attendance rate is required to receive the certificate.

3. No make-up classes will be arranged for missed lessons under any circumstances. Please refer to the bad weather arrangements.

5. Parents are required to provide accurate information requested in the Parents & Student Info Collection form.

6. The SCMP Learn Winter Programme 2025 is non-refundable and you are not allowed to change the enrolled course and course date under any circumstances.

7. Students are required to prepare specific materials and equipment as per the course requirement.

8. Please refer to camp.posties.hk/ for all final arrangements and camp dates. SCMPP reserves the right to update the program outline, postpone and cancel the camp at any time without prior notice. A notification email will be delivered to the customers who have purchased the captioned courses in due course.
