Podcast Magic: Turn Ideas into Audio Stories | Podcast新星夢工場 (Age 12-15)

Is your teen looking for a fresh way to share their voice? Podcasts are booming, but many teens in Hong Kong haven't had the chance to dive in and create their own, which means they miss out on storytelling skills relevant to our digital age. In this course, students will discover the creative possibilities of podcasting by creating an original podcast episode. 

Programme Highlights:

• Produce Their Own Podcast: Learn the complete process of writing, recording, and editing their podcast episode. Students will produce their own podcast episode at the end of the class to share with friends and family. 
• Share Their Passion: Produce an original podcast about something they're interested in.
• Discover New Creative Avenues: Get inspired by the exciting possibilities of audio storytelling.
• Learn from Professionals: Work with experienced instructors from Hong Kong's creative media scene.
• Learn with SCMP’s publications: Teaching materials incorporate SCMP’s publications, connecting classroom learning with real-world issues.
• Chance to Get Published: Students’ work will have a chance to be published on SCMP Learn’s online channels.

*Students will receive a certificate issued by SCMP upon course completion. This course is co-developed with Babel Film Workshop, utilising SCMP news content.

*完成課程後，學生可獲得由南華早報頒發的課程證書一張。本課程將與 Babel Film Workshop ，運用南華早報報刊合辦授課。
