Video Editor: Become a Youtuber | 創意小導演: Youtube Vlog (Age 12-15)

Eager for your kid to master the art of video content creation? Vlogging has become a dominant form of self-expression, yet many students lack the fundamental skills for effective video production. Our "Video Editor: Become a YouTuber" camp offers a structured pathway for them to explore the creative potential of vlogging by developing a video narrative centered on their summer experiences.

Programme Highlights: 

• Edit Their Own YouTube Video: Learn the essential stages of planning, filming, and editing personal video content. Students wil produce their own video at the end of the class to share with friends and family. (Click to see our students' creation)
• Develop Narrative Through Vlogging: Produce a vlog episode documenting their summer holiday, fostering storytelling abilities.
• Cultivate Digital Content Creation Awareness: Gain insight into leveraging video as a medium for sharing and influence.
• Receive Professional Guidance: Learn from instructors with established expertise in video production.
• Chance to Get Published: Students’ work will have a chance to be published on SCMP Learn’s online channels.

*Students will receive a certificate issued by SCMP upon course completion. This course is co-developed with Babel Film Workshop.

學生想掌握影片內容創作嗎？Vlog已成為主流的自我表達方式，然而許多學生缺乏有效的影片製作基礎技能。此課程讓他們透過製作Vlog影片，探索Vlog的創意潛能。

課程重點：

• 親手剪輯YouTube影片： 學習規劃、拍攝與剪輯個人影片的基本階段。學員將於課程結束時製作個人影片，與家人或朋友分享。（按此查看過往學生創作）
• 透過Vlog發展敘事能力： 製作一部記錄經歷的Vlog影片，培養敘事技巧。
• 培養內容創作意識： 洞悉如何運用影片作為分享與產生影響力的媒介。
• 獲得專業指導： 向具備豐富經驗的影片製作專業人士學習。
• 作品發佈：優秀作品有機會於SCMP Learn平台發佈。

*完成課程後，學生可獲得由南華早報頒發的課程證書一張。本課程將與 Babel Film Workshop 合辦授課。
