Anchors of Fortune: A Festive Lunar Celebration | 新春新聞超新星 (Age 9-12)

Designed for inquisitive minds aged 9-12, this stimulating four-day workshop enables children to celebrate the Lunar New Year while elevating their interview and interpersonal techniques.

Throughout the course, students will participate in enjoyable activities, preparing to share their own Lunar New Year experiences and interview their classmates about their celebrations! They’ll collaborate to formulate their own questions and narratives, acquiring valuable competencies in a supportive setting.

Programme Highlights:

• Presentation and Interaction Skills: On Day 1, students will grasp effective presentation methods and how to captivate their audience.
• Creating Interview Questions: Day 2 will concentrate on developing clever interview questions and practicing live interviews with classmates about their Spring Festival activities.
• Reporting and Script Writing: On Day 3, students will share their findings and compose scripts that capture the excitement of their interviews.
• Recording in Studio: On Day 4, they will record their anchor narratives in a lively studio atmosphere, enhancing their assurance and abilities.

「Anchors of Fortune：新春主播體驗營」是一個專為 9–12 歲學生而設的四天課程，讓孩子在慶祝農曆新年的同時，進一步提升英語訪問、溝通及表達能力。

課程期間，學生將透過多元化活動，分享自己的新年經歷，並以英語訪問同學，學習如何構思訪談問題及撰寫故事內容。他們將在互相合作及支持的環境中，逐步建立自信。

課程重點：

• 演講與互動技巧： 第一天將探討如何有條理地表達想法，並運用語氣與肢體語言，加強與觀眾的互動。
• 設計訪談問題： 第二天著重引導學生構思具深度的新年活動訪談問題，並進行模擬訪問，學習如何引導對話及回應即時答案。
• 新聞報導與講稿撰寫： 第三天，學生將整合訪談內容，學習如何組織重點，撰寫清晰而具吸引力的主播講稿。
• 錄影室錄製： 第四天，學生將於輕鬆愉快的錄影室中進行主播錄製，專注鏡頭表現、自信表達及整體呈現。
• 刊登作品機會：學生的影片將有機會於南華早報Posties的社交媒體上發布。
